CESM-TR3
The lifting kit for motor support CESM-TR3 has been developed for TR3 ground support towers. It is a portable system that can be raise up fast and safe.
The CESM-TR3 is using a main structure and some arms connected as a triangular shaped construction. It is placed on the sleeveblock and on the truss which is fixed with the help of clamps. The main truss has a pulley at the top, through which the chain of the hoist is guided. By attaching the hoist to the base section and the hook of the chain to the mast the tower can be erected easily.
The CESM-TR3 is very easy to mount and demount. Including erecting the tower it takes only 20 minutes. To properly use CESM-TR3 is necessary a 1tn electrical chain hoist and two AC-636R ratchet straps.
This kit is composed of:
1 SM-TR motor support
1 CSM-TR iron top
2 TI-CSM reinforced arms with clamps that provide great resistance
1 SQ-29200 truss
1 AP-CSM support sleeveblock-truss to avoid twisting the truss during the lifting of the tower
