The REMIC RESHAPE product series design is based on years of collected customer feedback from the use of the original REMIC instrument specific microphones for violin, viola, cello, double bass and brass instruments. The REMIC RESHAPE product series is designed for customers who need the flexibility to use the microphones with several different instruments such as rental companies, concert halls, sound engineers and multi-instrumentalists.                                                                                                                                                     The demand for a product series with the flexibility to use the microphones on different instruments led to a new additional very flexible product series, which literally lets you “reshape” your REMIC by replacing the mount part with a mount for a different instrument. The REMIC RESHAPE series is developed without compromising the instrument specific aspect, which is the philosophy, which REMIC MICROPHONES was founded on.

CE7000 RESHAPE Mount for Cello:

The CE7000 RESHAPE mount for cello is designed for use with the RE7100 and RE7200 microphones from the RESHAPE product series. Being able to replace the mount, gives you full flexibility to select, whether you prefer to use the RE7100 RESHAPE microphone (omnidirectional) or the RE7200 RESHAPE microphone (supercardioid) for the particular repertoire and sonic environment.
