The Maria Callas Museum is a fact. The first museum in the world for the legendary Greek soprano who defined the opera of the 20th century, opened its doors, in the "heart" of Athens, at 44 Mitropoleos Street. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Maria Callas, who has been included in the UNESCO list of anniversaries for 2023, the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens is handing over the museum, which will be a constant point of cultural reference for years to come.

The Maria Callas Museum invites visitors to immerse themselves in the world of the legendary lyric singer, as well as her unique interpretation of some of the most iconic roles of her career. Through texts, objects, videos and rare audio clips that "build" an overall experience for the visitor, the thread of Callas' life and career is unraveled. From her beginnings, her years in Greece, her international career and major roles, to her social life, her personality, the moments and people of her life, and the great legacy she left behind.

As Immex we are very proud of the trust to be part of this remarkable initiative, undertaking the sound coverage of the museum space. More specifically, the Architectural Series Charlie Miniature, Architectural Series Ai 81 Two-Way Ultra-Slim Column Loudspeaker and Architectural Series Subwoofer AS6 from Outline Professional Audio were installed in the space.
